Another month, another site agreed!
What a fantastic start for Hampton Oak!! Heads of terms have been agreed on a strategic site in South Staffordshire. Great opportunity to promote a site through to residential planning consent.
Working with two local families to promote their land in the right way, for them and their community is going to be really rewarding. We are really looking forward to getting stuck into the designs for this one.
